    Calm down sonna.

And you're wrong. He is a match-winner for us. Once he's in the side, our midfield and defence become a lot more solid, secure and composed.

Tiote is defensively what Sessegnon is to you attack wise. He plays one hell of a role in that and we're a much weaker side without him. Especially when you consider that his DM replacement is James Perch.

After looking through your results, it seems to me that you've failed to perform as well against sides who have a top quality DM who can mark and stifle your main man Sessegnon. It's all about having the right sort of players to counter your players, and I do think the players we have (like Tiote) is one of the reasons why Newcastle have become your bogey team in the last few derbys.

I repeat, I never once called him a bad player.

I then posted his OPTA stats, by comparison to the much maligned Carrick, the overrated Parker, and the exceptional Yaya Toure.

We don't perform against teams with a strong holding midfielder?

Back this up with some examples for me please, post MON, as we know we were a shower under Bruce.

I have, and I completely stand by all of it. With players like Cabaye and Tiote, we hammer teams like Man Utd 3-0. Without them, we get pulverized by Fulham and Spurs.

As for the bogey team comment, you haven't beat us since we came back up. That's 3 derbys. For one reason or another, you guys just ain't been doing well against us lately. It's a fact.

Perfect example. embarassingly senseless abuse. You don't need to swear to bring it to the gutter

Swearing is fine on a footy forum, surely?

I swear all the time, doesn't make me 'in the gutter'.

    Fannies.
