I'm just wondering, how did Wenger not have a backup plan? When it was 2-0 it was obvious something was wrong... He could still have pulled one back at that point.
I feel as if he gave up, and that is something no manager should ever do to his club and the fans.

Worrying times ahead for you Gunners, who/what do you blame most for this loss?

And i'm not WUMming at all, honestly asking.

He did have a back up plan...he saw they were playing way too slow so he took off their fastest player and brought on a 33yr old who has lost his speed... Simples

Away to Milan.

The correct way to play.

Tight.

Defend and break.

But no - Wenger has no clue. Even losing 1-0 or 2-0 would have left us in the tie - but his useless philosophy of inane passing eventually losing it in midfield has destroyed us.

Wenger is an arrogant fool.

We made that Milan team look world class.

If Mertesacker was playing I shudder to think what Robinho and Ibrahimovic would've done to him, he is slower than my mum.

The pitch was a disgrace. The refereeing wasn't great, but there can't be any excuses for that performance.
Absolutely shocking. We were rubbish.
And to think some fans paid a ton of money to be there.
Arsenal should offer them their money back

But last year Milan were old, slow, past it and not the team they used to be. A year later its the same team, so what happened, explain?! :D

Bet you're lovin this you old dog ;)

I cannot actually believe how bad Arsenal were today, I did not expect that from them! Milan set up perfectly and Ibra was on top form.
