I'm always getting security warnings about this site Sensible but I dont think its the site just the links they have on it !
One of the reasons I didn't join this site immediately after BBC606 closed was that there had been significant & I suspect coordinated spam attacks on the BBC F1 board from what appeared to be well established members of the Formula 1 forum here. The very name of this site confirms that it started as the antithesis of BBC606 and that didn't seem to bode well for what it would be like inside. Of course, anyone can copy somebody's user name on another site......... Having said that, if you root around in here, you will find threads form individuals boasting about spam attacks and advising how simple it is to use proxy servers & the like to avoid sanction. You might think that F1 is relatively gentlemanly compared to the perceived hooligan image of football but there was a very nasty edge to some of it, trying to stir up racist, xenophobic and homophobic controversy around Lewis Hamilton, which of course people were unfortunately dragged into. In fact, once inside it, not606 seems to be a relatively quiet & well run place, even on the F1 board. Sheer speculation of course, but it's plain that in the past at least there have been some very unpleasant characters around here and I wouldn't be surprised if it's disaffected ex-members of this board or perhaps their victims who are responsible for what's happened.

Just been over to the Man C site to have a look at what is being said about Ballottelli's assault on Parker on Sunday. Saw it at my son's during grandaughter's birthday party. He looked as guilty as sin seeing it in real time and it looked 10 times worse in slowmo. Interested to see if they were defending him on there as lo and behold yes there are some that are. Clearly accidental says one as he was "off balance". Some of these premiership supporters are so far up their own arses it is hard to see if they have a neck. Before Man C managed to buy their way to the top of the league they were kicking off about the Rooneys and Gerards getting away with this and that. Now they are up there to be shot at it's a case of "they are picking on us". Never mind that if the assault was outside a nightclub the person would be arrested and up in court. Never mind he clearly did the deed. Nah, that's too easy to admit something so lets just go into denial. If that is what the premiership has become then I'm glad in some ways we have never been there.
Just popped in for a quiet drink.............have you ever been present in a group...........who are discussing a subject............and you've added your little comment now and again............but those that know each other continue the discussion the subject as if you never spoke........ or are invisable...........so you repeat your point just incase they didn't hear it first time................. Well let me introduce you to the world of PASOTI.............not for the faint hearted or those that are not part of the club or inner sanctum...........if your not one of us we will talk around you and you might eventually go away. It is sad that the largest internet forum for Argyle is not for everyone in equal measure........maybe that is why ADT exists..........not that I find that very enjoyable either...........thats why I'm sitting in the Pilgrimage having a quiet little drink.............wandering why there are no crisps.........have they been ordered by that idle cellarman or has he forgot ?

Make mine a large one as God didn't barman. The reason to pop over to "the other side" is that a lot of snippets appear on there quite quickly and I can't be arsed to search for my own. I don't dally just look at what looks interesting, get the gist and move on. ATD can be a bit like that if you aren't known as well. However, you can say what you think without fear of a ban or somebody getting nasty about it. Not my favourite though. Perhaps small is best after all.
I admit I also peek but haven't bothered re-registering on Pasoti, recently joined the other one but have yet to post. NO sensible small is NEVER best!

I'm sorry Mrs LaLa...........had a busy day...........Our annual visit to Bluewater ( just to browse in places like John Lewis) had a quiet evening watching the telly). Thanks for popping in,.......... I find it amusing really that pasoti are like that,to be honest I think they don't relize that they're doing it..........it's probably that they are just self centred...........and in there own little world, unable to see beyond the horizon.......... It will not deter me,..........because I am able to return to a more friendly less back stabbing site...........but of course there is sensible to contend with.
As said, I had a look at Pasoti t'other day.......and there........is a................ poster.......called.......princerock....who has.......an awful lot...to...........say............unfortunately.......some of the.........other pasoti regulars.....did not..........ignore.....him......and in my......opinion quite cruely,.....did not agree......with him....They regaled him with such comments as....."What a lot..of bollox".......and even more..........succinctly...."What a load of...codswallop" What a........terrible.....experience..for the poor chap

If you had been more observant oldnicky...........you would have noticed that jock and sensible had referred to me as Princerock on here in the past.................jock having been told by PM when he asked me................and if your snooping around for stirring material................I am also on ATD under that username as well..............but be careful they eat people like you alive on there...........you would find the healing process even slower having been on there.
