Great win.........,,.,.but but but but...........we need a goalscorer up front........when Chadwick is injured........and remember thats one of the reasons he was released.......OUT WITH INJURIES. You can't depend on the midfield for goals all the time...........Waltons not my favorite, but good on him...........two goals today saved our bacon...........well done Simon...........when did we last get so many penalties............what are we doing right ?..............are we breaking into the box more often and drawing tackles ? Disappointing crowd (6082) .......seeing what has been happening today......plus Wotton's return.........a few wins might change the doubters minds.
I totally agree another striker is needed...seems like Walton is getting his act together and should lift the whole team...crowd a little disappointing, was expecting over 7K but spare cash is probably a little short soon after the holiday period.
It was a well deserved win and who the F*** cares who scores the goals as long as it is more than the opposition, All I can say is remember Coko and Friio who chipped in with more than the forwards did in the past. I watched this game first hand and it could have or should have been 5 - 1. We outplayed Burton for most of the match and they are 8th. Well 9th now. We have played a lot better than today and lost so I take heart with todays outcome. Lets start talking our performances up rather than down which is a normal Argyle trait unfortunately. We were worthy winners today, it was no fluke and all of the team did pretty well with or without our main striker.

I was really busy earlier watching paint dry so tuned into the cup replay Wolves v Brum and got absolutely bored so decided to pop in here for a pint. Anyone else tried watching it? My wife very cuttingly said "well you watch Argyle don't you". She has no idea about football at all it seems and what makes somebody go to matches on a Saturday. I mean she thinks Arsenal are a good footballing side and Henry is lovely. Strewth how am I still married to her after all these years I ask you.
The first match was bad enough. No wonder the ground looks half empty and this is a local derby type match. Watched MK Dons v QPR the other evening and it was like an ex Argyle get together. Much better match than this one was and I thought the Dons were both unlucky and a very very good side.
Hello all, glad to be back! Had problems getting on here for a while. I thought it was the site as I could go on any other site with no problem. It turns out it my anti virus program being a bit over protective and something on here was not liked by it. My brother in law gave us the computer and used it at home to work. The job he does is quite techy and he needed high protection. He sorted the program for us and tonight able to get on and have been reading all the posts I have missed.
I expect your anti-virus program recognized a quality website ..............and didn't want to contaminate it with those other two sites..... mouldy.
A question Mrs LaLa..........as long as Moderator is against your name I will share an observation with you. About these Posts.......Points and level.....that each one of us has got against our names.............they do not get updated each time as of late............it seems to be a weekly occurrence now. Looking on my home page...........last weeks points etc are lumped into one for the previous weeks postings.......were we told......not that it matters.
You are quite right Plym, none of it matters. There has been a problem with it I know but there have been other more important issues also, problems with logging on and such like. Admin are doing their best to get it sorted asap but it's proving a slow process. I'm surprised no one else mentioned the points before as they have apparently done so on other forums here.
