    Yes I think we will but I'll be shocked if we spend more than 15 million. I reckon whoever we get will end up being a backup in the months to come (Like Maxi when Rafa bought him).

    **** all today then? I have a feeling that we are not really looking to buy this window. But if we were I hope it is for real quality that could improve our first 11 rather than another stop gap/youth for the future/back up.

    09.36 GMT: Inter Milan striker Luc Castaignos is said to be interesting Liverpool.

    I know of him, but he rarely gets a game at Inter, how would he come help push us on for fourth?

    We're a fickle bunch- we applaud the fact that the current lot do their business quietly, then moan when we don't hear anything. I'm getting a bit restless meself- maybe you're right Zingy and we won't buy, but if that's the case it's hard to see where the goals are going to come from in the second half of the season.

    Martinez name in newspapers all over in South america. and in UK too. £8.5m the price tag. the newspaper even claims that we have held talks with his agent and deal is almost done .
