looks like the time allowed to be manager went downhill since 1924

If your club had any ambition whatsoever you'd be looking to take a manager away from a club, one who is proving that he can make it happen, rather than casting around for the rejects of other clubs and who are without gainful employment? Hughes, Keane, Stachan, Bruce - all these managers failed in the EPL, and yet you seem to think that they'd do a better job than Warnock.

Surely, you should be after the likes of Moyes, Hodgson, Coyle and MacCarthy?

Hughes doesnt belong on that list as hes done well and resigned and wasnt sacked. Why would we want a manager from a team below us and 1 place above us?
