I just rang up Jesmond Hotel and asked if there was a Mr Hesakmi staying there, the receptionist waited a few minutes then said "I'm sorry but I can't disclose that sort of information"

Just for clarity, I got my friend to ring up and ask for the name of someone entirely factitious and she said that that person wasn't staying there.

If Hesakmi WASN'T staying there, then surely she would've just said the latter for him as well?

This guy is made up, the name is made up. There is actually nothing ever posted on the internet for the word 'Hekasami'. You've got to be going some to get **** all on a Google search.

Somebody has just invented him on Twitter and made a fake Youtube video and you're all spreading it, come on man.

Mate, my surname brings up one guy in Thailand and that is all mate. Some names are unusual.

Also, I was just chatting to a mate of mine who's selling his house. Got a call from the estate agent at about 4pm today saying there was someone coming to look at the house on Thursday. He normally does the viewings himself, the estate agent asked if he would mind a translator coming with the would-be-housebuyer. I don't know if it's Hesakmi, but what else are you going to spend a signing on bonus on?!
