Forward to match end & United lose 1-0
Ferguson " Its not fair its my 70th birthday and we lost - its all your fault you made us lose- not the players- we're meant to win its the refs fault he didn't add on 15 mins so we could win"

Just go this quote off the BBC site:
"It's NYE, not 1 April right? Sir Alex Ferguson's birthday party seems a little flat at the moment. His team are playing like they've got a night out on Deansgate on their minds although, at this rate, they're more likely to be re-paving Fergie's drive."

Man Utd 2-3 Blackburn. Hanley.

I think that's even more surprising than them going 2-0 up.

One of Blackburn's goals was a penalty, Deedub.
We'd have to actually get a decision up there in order for us to score one of those.

PnP, I get your drift, the ref probably thought it was safe to give Blackburn a penalty because United would score a few in reply, what's the betting United get a penalty before the end?

Where is Luke?

He has always said that Spurs need to beat the lesser teams especially at home if we want to compete for the title but i'm sure he will have excuses for Utd failing to beat Blackburn and say it doesn't mean too much.

Full time.

Blackburn aren't a bad side, though.

A win today would be absolutely massive, now.
We'd be 4 points behind them with a game in hand, so the pressure would be on them and their injuries are really costing them.
I wonder if Ferguson will invest in January, with that in mind?
