Thought Giles improved immeasurably defensively last season tbh, and specially later in the season while his assists tailed off i thought his defensive work got better.

They spent £3.5m on Coburn from Boro, it isn't beyond the realms of fantasy that they could spend that.
What'll be stopping them rushing in is the same thing limiting most mid range clubs in that division and that's the SCR.
The add ons would count if they were tangibly achievable in the season you want it to count toward. So no.
I said before the world cup that we should be looking at Zion Suzuki, I think he's got superb potential and is ready to be a #1 in the Premier League.
Nah, maybe built up with add ons but can't see us paying that up front. I'd prefer him to Hornicek but they're both great keepers.
I know he's not of your particular Scottish flavour of club, but you reckon Nicolas Raskin would be a decent midfield option?

We shouldn't even think about selling Giles. Massive turnaround and links up well with McBurnie. Would much rather sell pandur if we're struggling to get the 6m in.
Really the players we've got that could do a job week in week out in the prem are (imo)
