I think a combination of the two. I could see the US making the quarters
25 in about two weeks. Reckon Kane will be fine still at 36, not like he relies on pace and he's incredible. Seems to look after himself too.
Bit of both, by no means a decent Aussie side but US definitely better than they usually are.
I didn't think Turkey were all that these days though I don't follow enough non Saints games to know really. Quick skim of their squad says to me very decent is a bit of an exaggeration mind.
Arda Guler plays for Real Madrid, Yildiz plays for Juventus, Calhanoglu plays for Inter Milan, Kadioglu for Brighton. There's some serious talent in that squad. Enough for that to be a very good win for the Aussies.
Not saying it wasn't a good win I'm just not convinced Turkey are 'very decent' and regardless consider Australia a poor side, especially in comparison to other teams they've had.
