Have the refs been given a directive for dealing with how players behave at corners?

The refs appear to be watching for grappling at corners, and telling the players involved to stop doing so. I haven't noticed anyone being booked as a result of grappling at corners, but I may have missed specific instances
I think though that is like saying I must be healthier than my mate as he drinks 10 pints a night and I drink only 8
