Thats probably why they've only lost 2 competitive fixtures there out of 65.okay interesting fact
mexico city is 2200 metres above sea level
london is 80 metres
hull is about 5-8 metres
the tallest point of the uk, ben nevis is only 1400 metres
mexico city, is high up innit
still though, england have a big chance of facing mexico in the last 16 at mexico cityThats probably why they've only lost 2 competitive fixtures there out of 65.
That and the fact that the CONCACAF pool of teams is gash.
and thats all my money goneJesus. If only I got a payout after each red...
you need to keep yours going for meNot suggesting there's any match fixing going on here, but...this does feel a bit like match fixing might be going on.
You put it all on 3-0?and thats all my money goneyou need to keep yours going for me
yesYou put it all on 3-0?
well over 2.5 specificallySA have looked completely incapable of passing when they get within 30 yards of goal, to the point where you wonder how they could be so badAnd then they take a bizarre free kick where they don't shoot despite being in front of goal.
This seems well dodgy.
all the sa players apart from like 2SA have looked completely incapable of passing when they get within 30 yards of goal, to the point where you wonder how they could be so bad

thats the quality im afraid mateI mean I wasn't expecting anything from them in terms of actually being able to match Mexico, but it doesn't look good for the likes of Haiti, Curacao or Uzbekistan later in the tournament because I'm pretty sure SA would beat all three of those teams pretty comfortably.
That's why I never lump all in on one thing, i'd be pissed off when it lostyeswell over 2.5 specifically
i agreeI think North Korea put up more of a fight when they qualified for the World Cup than South Africa did tonight.
It’s a cliche to say ‘they played like a Sunday league team’ when a team plays ****e but South Africa genuinely did play like that. It was weird. It looked like Soccer Aid celebs against professionals. They couldn’t pass, their first touch was shocking and their decisions were just bizarre.
Expanding the competition to 48 teams is the wrong move. I don’t think ‘small’ countries deserve a helping hand to give them a chance to qualify for a World Cup. I say ‘small’ but India and China both have over a billion people each and they’re two of the worst nations on the planet when it comes to football (couldn’t even qualify for an expanded competition). However, countries like Bosnia and Croatia have a few million people and are in the competition on merit.
