Maybe it is, these things are never all that reliable and it's a similar situation, I just don't think it's realistic.
Acun said openly at the last Q&A that we needed to. At that point we weren't promoted but I guess it changes nothing in terms of this season's sums. PSR may be going (and we're leaving the league anyway) but it makes sense that we're still subject to the rules whilst we're here and whilst they exist.

I’ve read the article Jakirović did with Croatian media. One thing that struck me is that one of the players said to him that it was the first time he’s seen all 26 players in the dressing room be so happy. He’s such a great coach and man-manager.

Depends how much loss we have made in this three-year period. We might be able to get below the threshold if we have a fire sale of the fringe players like Phillips, Jacob, Kamara, Drameh, Famewo, Dowell, Palmer, Burstow and Ömür by the end of June.

Reading more about the Squad Cost Ratio, it seems that clubs can freely spend 85% of revenue each season. 85% is the ‘green’ threshold and 115% is the ‘red’ threshold. If a club spends between 85% and 115% of revenue, the club will have to pay a fine relative to how much they exceed 85%. The ‘red’ threshold will also decrease for the following season by the same percentage the club exceeded 85% i.e. if a club spends 97% of revenue on squad costs for 26/27, their ‘red’ threshold will be 103% for 27/28.
Exceeding the ‘red’ threshold results in a fixed six-point deduction plus one point for every £6.5 million above the ‘red’ threshold.
