Anyone else noticed the search function on here seems to be a bit behind the times? Was looking for when I used the word Wembley which I'm sure I have in the past week or so but the search function comes up with a year ago as my most recent use.

If you're talking about what appears under the "Your Content" tab, then yes - same for me. It's missing most recent stuff.

Not "your content" but the general search facility at the top of the page.
Just type in a word to look for and a user name.
