Should Newcastle replace Eddie Howe

The training ground is much better tbh... It's important to look at what has been done and maybe trust what we're being told about the rest to come.

I would imagine it's not easy to do that's all. It's a figure into the billions and there's planning planning permission and God knows what else to factor in..
£3-4m? spent on training ground. Thats the equivalent of me spending a £1 on my house and saying, improvements have been made.

They'll already have spent a large amount on feasibility studies and to the people they employed to design and eventually build the new training ground.

Essentially you've to decide which is more likely going to be correct.

1. The club saying they intend on building a new stadium or a renovation of the current 1

2. Some suspicious fans saying they aren't.

Essentially you've got 2 options

1. The club saying they intend on building a new stadium or a renovation of the current 1

Maybe. anyway in a old fashioned school report I would put PIF at C-, with a comment of must try harder and take the initiative more.

2030 is the bench mark. If we arent going to target it, dont come out in public and say it. I see another lost season next year with Howe so we will be 2027, which gives 3 year to pick up from the ashes of Howe leaving to be on talked about in the same breath as RM,Barcelona, Man City etc.. It's a losing mindset and it's the same mindset that fans have when they say but remember the Ashley era. Its the past, we should be focussing on 2030 and how to make that a reality.

Now if Hopkinson had come out and said we want to be a bottom half team by 2030 then my expectation would be different and I would accept Howe could achieve that with ease and so as you were!

At least the club aren't afraid to say something I find exciting..... Meanwhile Eddie Howe hides from the question..... Too afraid to end up wrong.

A large portion of the fanbase have been sleepwalking and some of them know they've been wrong all season, so they're being sly at this point.

They know, but they'll kick the can down the road hoping Howe turns it around, and then they'll come out firing their guns.

They'll never admit they've wrong been this season, and they'll never acknowledge those who made the correct assessments.

Glasner or Iroala would be a good step in the right direction.

Howe's limitations have been exposed.

Howes here for a while yet. The board are too limited to make a change and I don’t know Glasner or Iraola are a step forward.

Personal choice for me would be Poch.

Nunez link still going... On a free.... I think he'd be a good signing for us tbh.... I suspect plenty of our fans would say no and that hell go to Everton, Sunderland or Villa and do well.

The **** is going to hit the fan this summer I think....

If Howe stays, Nunez would be the exact sort of player that would fit into our side.

1. Very fast
2. Works very hard
3. Great personality that the fans would love
4. Has goals, assists and versatility in him.

Cons -

1. Can be inconsistent with finishing, but give him enough chances and he will score and create. He's not a 25 goals a seasons striker, he's a 12-13 goals and 10 assists foward.
