Managed to get sorted in the end, thanks those for helping, what a **** on that was!
Just done exactly this @Hudson92 and it works. Choose best seat as opposed to select ya seat.I gave up trying to select a seat as it kept letting me choose one then said none available, best to use the “Choose best seat “ option, that’s how I got mine.
Just seen this as I posted. Pleased for you.Managed to get sorted in the end, thanks those for helping, what a **** on that was!

There are still tickets available if you have an available member with blackcat points![]()

Totally agree. The only branch organiser who has his own LNER line manager who'll delay trains so Sunderland supporters don't miss games ...
... yet the ticket office manager, who isn't a Sunderland supporter, can't even organise selling tickets to a captive audience.
But he can make sure international supporters, without points or even a Season Ticket, can attend SJP for the derby.
It absolutely stinks!
There's got to be a middle ground somewhere for both parties - whatever they think he did wrong, they need to address that but also see what good is being done for other fans - assuming it's within the rules. The reallocation of tickets needs looking at. Feels like the club would rather a seat is empty than it gets passed on to someone who maybe didn't have the requisite number of loyalty points. I've heard another branch is being investigated for ticket misuse. Worrying times for branches.
Spot onThe branches are shooting themselves in the foot.
Instead of responding to the sanctions imposed on this person they're turning a blind eye and keeping their head's down.
They should be putting out a joint statement to the club and the media.
Yes we all know branches will sometimes use their ticket allocations to fill the coach seats that keep the whole thing going.
Yes that's annoying when I can't buy an away ticket but, come on, the branches have managed to keep going through the bad times when the club couldn't give tickets away. If a branch organiser books a coach and a few people need 'help' with their points it's not the criminal offence the ticket office are making it out to be.
No branch organiser will risk helping to source 50 tickets in future. If he does that and just one is bought legally by someone who later finds they're unable to go he'll have a choice to make.
He can give that ticket to someone just short of adequate points thereby filling the seat ...
... or bin the ticket and seat because the club refuse to either take it back or allow it's use.
Under strict terms & conditions the club may be technically correct but is it really beyond them to exercise a modicum of common sense.
FFS rest of club are doing so well this is one of most important parts they really need to sort this out properly and help the supportersI've heard another branch is being investigated for ticket misuse. Worrying times for branches.
Another complaint about the ticket office
