Yeah obviously id pick the same as you if he's out mate. Im basing this on him being fit, and yeah now youve mentioned it ive not seen any training footage of him either which is a big concern

if he's fully fit he starts and Hume likely drops out, wouldnt chance it if he's not 100%

Yeah i know mate, im in the situation now where I want us to finish the season with a bang and win as many games as pos, but also thinking qualifying for Europe is too soon and could have a detrimental effect next season playing so many games when we're still building as a club, abit like how we've seen with Forest this season and other teams in the past where its been a curse for them

We were worried the prem was too soon not too long ago mate, we might never get a crack at Europe again, i vote we go for it and we'll just have to adapt better than forest, they have a lunatic in charge we have KLD that gives me some hope we could do both, not the end of the world if we don't make it this year like but hope we go for it

We'll find out in the presser if Ballard is available. If not, Hume can play RB and Nordi in the middle alongside Omar.

If Ballard is fit, then that poses another cunundrum. If Mukiele plays RB and Reinildo LB with Ballard and Aldarete in between, does Rigg drop out to accommodate Hume? Personally, I think we should keep Rigg in. He's starting to find his feet at this level and offers more of an attacking threat.

If hes out for the season then so be it for me. We've got players back now to cover him. Yes he is a big player for us but its not as critical now as it could have been if we were embroiled in a relegation scrap.

I'd rather he was out till next season than risk him and he gets a long term one that puts him out for all of pre season and the start of next season as he will be massive for us maintaining or kicking on next season.

Be a shame is Ballard is out, but these constant rumours flying around twitter and the likes help no-one. It's always "someone's mate told me" and **** like that. I remember last season when Rigg was likely to never play again with a heart complaint, or this season when Sadiki was out for "months" with injury only for both players to play the next day.

Thankfully we have plenty of cover now IF Ballard is out - it wouldn't shock anyone if he missed the remainder of the season given his injury record. Something that might ironically help us keep hold of him.

Anyway, FWIW I'd go:

something with that doesnt feel right

some say that someone rang/text into the radio show to say that they heard this rumour
others saying Nick Barnes was told this by a source at the club
or that Nick Barnes got texted this

what I get from this, Nick Barnes is a fossil and shouldnt be doing safc stuff anymore
