There's plenty of circumstantial evidence that says he's health is rapidly declining and the attempted covering up just draws more attention to it.
Ten years ago my dad suffered a massive stroke which left him paralysed down his right side and unable to speak for the rest of his life. As a result I learned a few things about strokes and to me Trump shows all the signs of him recently having mini strokes. Mini strokes, particularly a series of them, are often followed by more major ones within six months. Even if the mini strokes are minor and it appears to clear up quickly it does damage including potentially causing vascular dementia, cognitive decline, mobility, co ordination and balance issues and other neurological issues, like difficulty swallowing. From what we see Trump shows a lot of those symptoms now including signs that the right side of his face droops when he relaxes, his falling asleep (like at Pope Francis funeral), his incoherency, his rumoured fear of stairs (makes sense if he's got issues with his balance and mobility) and recently the strange way he's breathing heavily when he's speaking. The bruises on the backs of his hands which he claims comes from shaking hands with people are much more likely to be as a result of cannula being put in his hands for treatment (my dad had a lot of cannula put in after his major stroke and they had to alternate between hands so veins could recover). We no longer see pictures of him playing golf and the last picture released of him doing so with an American pro golfer was actually from months before not the weekend it was supposed to be. This weekend we didn't even see him getting on Air Force One to go to Mar e Lago like we used to and there's rumours in America that he was admitted to Walter Reed hospital on Friday for a medical issue. He's an obese, elderly man with a poor diet who's only exercise was to swing a golf club, all things that can lead to a high stroke risk. The fact that he's had MRI scans regularly, even though he knows claims they were CT scans, shows that there's an issue that they're monitoring.
To me, I think he's had a series of mini strokes that's advanced dementia in him and it's been monitored because it's getting worse and a major stroke is on the horizon. The signs would suggest he's starting to decline rapidly and I won't be surprised if he's gone within the next year if not few months.
