Happy days. I was stood in the Gallowgate end, right behind the goal. I had gone with a Mag neighbour, who gave the usual easy win for them banter before the match. It was priceless to turn around after Gary’s penalty and see all of the glum faces around me!

I was in the Leazes end that day, when the 4th went in I thought their supporters (I must comment here on how unattractive and angry they looked) I thought they were going to rip the fence down
