It seemed to go where he aimed it and I didn't see a slip but only he knows what happened. Could be he didn't see Woltemade lurking. I've seen worse from much more highly rated players.

Laid in bed last night and got to thinking how yesterday's game had spooky parallels with the play-off final.
Same score, goals in the same order with our winner very late in both games, VAR intervention for virtually the same offence in both games in our favour.
Terrific atmosphere in our end both games, the 3000 not quite as loud as the 36000 at Wembley but a good effort, the despair on the faces of the opposition when the winning goal hit the net and of course their fans exiting stage left as if they're was a fire drill.
Which was the most important result?...has to be the play-off for me as if we hadn't won that we wouldn't be laughing our tits off at the toon army.
Happy time to be a lads fan....but how to manage another IB which I absolutely hate.
