The business will of course be fully insured, won't it?
My Daughter lives in a maisonette above a Turkish barber and she recently had a flood in her home basically destroying it.The Turkish barbers downstairs was naturally affected and my Daughter went down to apologise the morning after and see if everyone was O.K? First comment from him "You need to fix this,my ceiling is unsafe and I'll need to shut the shop today,my busiest day and I'm going to lose a lot of money".My Daughter obviously empathised with him and explained that he'd need to contact his insurers and get them to claim hers....

Needless to say, she's heard nothing since, neither have her insurance company!!!
