What gets me is exactly what Curtis said post match. Cannot understand defenders not concentrating on getting their head on those near post corners. Not excusing the keeper as he made some mistakes but not that goal direct from the corner. Defenders fault all day long. Then Lundstram not stopping Neto . Basic stuff. Hope we are more on it in the league.
Lundstram looked absolutely awful yet again.

Another confirmation of the huge financial gulf tonight.

On to more serious matters now.

UTT.

Capacity of MKM is given as 25,586. Game was declared a sell outl Where were the 1,200 empty seats? That many weren’t lost to segregation,
That was the capacity when the stadium was built, there aren’t that many seats now, a load were removed when we put in the fenced segregation. In addition we lose seats for a fully televised game.

So they could fit in 4k away fans every week if they needed to?
No. Give them 2,000 like we have to in Championship, 2,500 if in PL,and have City fans in rest of North Stand joining up with East Stand and no stewards stood in aisles between City fans. Would lead to a better atmosphere and away fans wouldn’t be as visible on TV.

Anyone know what the "obscene chanting" was that got some fans ejected from the ground ?

Seemed very OTT announcing it twice and saying there looking at cctv while the game was on ?

that was a bit ****, didn't disgrace ourselves, but didn't really do a whole lot either. Just an odd game really. The less said about the cringe Rosenior chants the better<doh>. Phillips is crap and we should've moved him on.
TT after today, i dont think non league will be coming calling for Phillips...

It’s embarrassing, there’s articles popping up all over about homophobic chanting, even in the New York Times ffs.

Wouldn't be surprised if that was Phillips' last game for us. Sergej seemed very frustrated with him. Frantically waving his arms at him a fair bit, particularly first half.

We lost that many for a couple of rows of segregation? How many extra do we lose for a fully televised game? Where, as a matter of interest? There used to be a few at North end of East Stand but can’t think of any others. And they don’t seem to use those now anyway. Presumably the Rovers sell out next week won’t be any more?

I wasnt suggesting it. I was saying it would be possible if they wanted to do it.
