Is Anthony Joshua a moron? Apparently so - though I wouldn't say it to his face :emoticon-0146-punch

Of course he is capable of killing that hapless clown Jake Paul with a single punch.
But if he now does so, I think AJ should be charged with Murder.
Dragging Boxing back through the mud of brainless street thuggery with a new low in trash talk.
What's the matter, ticket sale & TV deal projections not looking too good?

And if - God Forbid - Paul is killed, this kind of stupid money mis-match fighting should be banned.
The way things are going, at some point somebody will lose his life.

I don't agree with much that Tyson Fury says.
But I agree with him when he calls Joshua a "classless loser" for these 'kill' comments.
AJ has said "It's my job, we fight. We have a licence to kill".
Who does he think he is - f**king James Bond?
What a muppet.

More farce…..Sabalenka v Krygios, “the battle of the sexes”…….:emoticon-0145-shake:emoticon-0145-shake:emoticon-0145-shake

I hesitate to call it a “tennis” match, between the women’s world number 1 and a man ranked 671st in the men’s. Apparently staged to show that women can compete on equal terms against men in sport.

Apart from the fact that they had to change the rules of the sport to try to negate the fact that men are generally stronger than women. Oh, and they had to make Sabalenka’s side of the court smaller, to negate the fact that men are generally quicker than women. Oh, and the fact that Krygios hasn’t played competitively since March and is still recovering from injury. Still at least with all that cheating it was an even match. Oh hang on…….6-3, 6-3 to Krygios and they couldn’t play the final set or three as Sabalenka couldn’t manage it. Maybe if she hadn’t interrupted the first set to do a TikTok version of the Macarena in the middle of the court she could have managed to lose the ‘final’ set as well.

It’s just embarrassing and takes the piss out of all the women who reach such high levels of skill and physical fitness competing against other women.

Women and Men are different. Yes, they’re both human, but let’s appreciate and value the differences, not try to pretend that they don’t exist.

Hope he hasn’t taken this licence to kill too far….

Luke Littler feels some pressure for the first time in the Darts, so it seems.

Got a bit of stick from the crowd during his match and reacted in a spiky manner.
Thanked those fans for "paying for his prize money" on social media. Not a clever move in my view.

The honeymoon may be over for the wonderkid.
But he's a big boy now. Should be able to take the rough with the smooth...

And back to AJ…

Terrible to hear about the two members of Joshua's team who lost their lives.
Looks like a dreadful crash.

At first it was said that AJ walked away with 'minor injuries'.
Now it is said that he is 'stable' in hospital.
Perhaps Joshua suffered some internal injuries.

Here's wishing him a full recovery.
But that fight he was scheduled for in Saudi in February must surely be postponed.

Usually I'm not happy about shortened versions of sports being promoted in order to catch attention.
But in the case of Tennis I'm all for it <ok>

I find Tennis incredibly dull.
So that tournament in Australia - bag 1 million Aussie Dollars for winning a single point - was the perfect format for me <laugh>

The women's tennis in the past was better to watch. The men's game was all about the power of the service.

Chris Evert-Lloyd was good to watch <whistle>

Kylie did a 'tennis girl showing her bottom' pose for one of those Lads mags back in the 1990's I think.
That would have been the one to have, if you could have got it blown up to poster size :emoticon-0152-heart
