Er OK. Leave it for Amin.He was no Ryan Allsopp that’s for sure, Matazo can only dream of passing as good as he could.

I'll be glad to have him back but seen some talk as if we're getting a prime Edgar Davids back.
I remember Matazo looking decent - but nothing amazing and I suppose he didn't really have a chance to get going.
Am I remembering it wrong?
Let’s just bring him down then if he’s good it’s a surprise !I thought Matazo looked promising but 6 appearances, 300 mins played just isn't enough to start sanctifying the bloke, let's just wait and see.
I'd rather be surprised by how good he is than think he's the second coming and be disappointed as some seem to think.Let’s just bring him down then if he’s good it’s a surprise !
Matazo put some effort in when others weren’t.I thought Matazo looked promising but 6 appearances, 300 mins played just isn't enough to start sanctifying the bloke, let's just wait and see.
I think when (more likely if) everyone is fit we'll have McBurnie up front, Millar and Belloumi on the wings, Gelhardt behind McBurnie so that leave 2 from Lundstram, Hadzi, Slater, Crooks, Matazo and possibly Zambrano. Could end up being our strongest position

I’d put him higher than them young goal keepers we always sign who are going to be the next england keeperIf you know a bit about football then it's often immediately obvious that a player is quality. How they move, receive a pass, strike a ball etc. They make things look easy.
Matazo looks the business.

We do this all the time. He’s Schrödinger’s midfielder at present. Unobserved he remains simultaneously both brilliant and a massive disappointment and it’s only when we open the box and actually see him play again that we find out. I’ll reserve judgment until then, but hopefully he’ll be brilliant.I'd rather be surprised by how good he is than think he's the second coming and be disappointed as some seem to think.
Get Wembley booked!
He played Sunderland’s midfield off the park. Dan Neil, Enzo Le Fee and Bellingham and he was by far and away the bestI really don't get the Matazo hype. He was reasonable but that was it.
Until you see Coyle, Egan, Hughes and Pandur behind them.
There are plenty of neat and tidy players who are technically sound but can't consistently impose themselves and impact a game. It's those who can do that consistently who succeed.
Not saying Matazo is that, but I would reserve judgment until we've seen a bit more prior to declaring him a world beater.
Lots of folk fawned over Allahyar after his first few games but he never kicked on.
Matazo has made a promising start, and I'm excited for his return, but that's all at the moment.
I was going to say the same thing. We didn't sign him from Ferriby, he clearly can play, it's a matter of how he will fit in to our system and handle the Championship. We didn't really see enough of Matazo to make a solid judgement, but what we did see was encouraging.
Worth remembering his pedigree, the two games he played before he joined us, were against PSG and Arsenal (in the Champions League).
If he doesn’t score in his first game back he’s **** !We do this all the time. He’s Schrödinger’s midfielder at present.
