I'm fully aware of the previous lot thats why I voted as I did. I also said Labour Chancellor. It's time to stop blaming everyone and anything. She is dreadful.
Well she hasn’t knocked £400 billion off all our pensions so there’s a start.I'm fully aware of the previous lot thats why I voted as I did. I also said Labour Chancellor. It's time to stop blaming everyone and anything. She is dreadful.
Thatcher called our proud mining communities the enemy within.
This fella certainly isYou must log in or register to see media

I can see both parts of the argument but ultimately you must be a bit of a twat if you want kids to go hungry.Maybe Northumberland Rocks and Pure river slut should form a group of like minded people who are happy to pay for adults who want large families with no means to pay for them, let me know how many volunteers you get.
The result should be interesting.
Go and have a look at the Boris thread. Plenty of just critcism of thr tories there. No highlighting the hypocrisy of the Tory brigade who created the mess this government inherited. Pathetic.
I must be, but I’ve got a fair way to go to be as big a twat as you. Luckily I’m just a twat, whereas you are a gormless twatI can see both parts of the argument but ultimately you must be a bit of a twat if you want kids to go hungry.
Onto a more general point, I had some involvement in Sure Start centres which were doing a great job in working with low income families and tackling some of the issues you are highlighting, sadly the Tory government in their wisdom scrapped the funding in 2010 and I’d wager that decision has cost the country a hell of a lot more in the long term.
No doubt if this government weren’t trying to drag kids out of child poverty the right on here would be saying they were useless as well. Given the rotten right wing media in this country, whatever this government it’s going to be trashed. Perhaps som need to wake up?

They certainly can’t make it much worse, you must have a very short memory. Record nhs waiting lists, record crime, record rise in foodbanks, record child poverty, prisons overflowing and the clusterfck of Brexit and Covid.Go and have a look at the Boris thread. Plenty of just critcism of thr tories there.
This is now about Labour with a huge majority to achieve whatever they think is beneficial. A quarter of their way through their term they have done very little of substance, at least in the plus box. All we hear is how the tories left a mess. We all know that. What we dont know is what is the labour plan.
Right now it appears to me Labour are making the tory mess worse. This weeks budget gets worse the more I read. 2 budgets now and we appear completely rudderless as a country. My worry is for my kids and their kids. We are leaving a real mess for them to clear up.
Il happily be called a gormless twat if I don’t want to see kids go hungry. For the record I didn’t call you a twat but if anyone is happy for kids to go hungry in my opinion they are. So if the cap fits….I must be, but I’ve got a fair way to go to be as big a twat as you. Luckily I’m just a twat, whereas you are a a gormless twat![]()
Probably a few flags around there celebrating a Turk. The good people of Byker, bravely upholding our culture and Christian values

I could see both sides at the referendum but ultimately the reason why Putin funded the Brexit campaign was to try to destabilise Europe. It certainly wasn’t because he thought Farage or Johnson were a great gang of guys.In my opinion the whole Brexit farce blossomed, with lies and half truths, the main beneficiary of the outcome lay in the Kremlin. The idea of a common market made sense ,sadly that was not enough for the power greedy bureaucrats in Brussels, and the master of subterfuge Putin saw his big chance . .
Nice to see to you back tracking when you realise what a tit you are.Il happily be called a gormless twat if I don’t want to see kids go hungry. For the record I didn’t call you a twat but if anyone is happy for kids to go hungry in my opinion they are. So if the cap fits….
Ad I have said we need to look at the underlying reasons why we have the issues we have in relation to people having more children they can provide for. I think more cross party debate and cooperation if needs be.
However, in the short term, anyone who is happy to see kids go hungry (through no fault of their own) really needs to look at themselves as we have truly created a disgusting society if this becomes the norm. If a millionaire farmer or someone in a £2.5m + house has to pay a bit more tax to feed hungry kids I can live with that till we can properly get on top of the problem.
As aside go and read Entitled and see how much money is wasted on the biggest disfunctional family of them all.
Probably something that hasn’t got a lot of media coverage but crucial to the above is the inclusion of financial management in school curriculums moving forward. Ultimately getting the long term unemployed back to work and better financial management skills is the key.
Is this government perfect? No but at least there is some sort of a plan if people looked beyond the right wing media’s headlines.
No backtracking whatsoever just context on being called a ‘tit’ for my view in not wanting kids to go hungryNice to see to you back tracking when you realise what a tit you are.
I say plenty about Labour doing wrong but I support thisDear lord here are the labour can do no wrong brigade.
Pathetic
I’m happy to pay my taxes to help vulnerable kids. Does that make me a bad person ?Maybe Northumberland Rocks and Pure river slut should form a group of like minded people who are happy to pay for adults who want large families with no means to pay for them, let me know how many volunteers you get.
The result should be interesting.
For the record, I think the same. I’d like both to go. However I support kids having easier lives. I’d have liked more investment in young people’s services funded by people who don’t need the money but they didn’t have the balls to do itThey did inherit a mess absolutely but they aren't making a very good job of sorting it out. Own goals all over the place but let's forget about them. For info I voted Labour but we have the weakest prime minister and worst Labour Chancellor i can remember.
People went mad about the winter fuel allowance but are also going mad about kids in poverty getting help. Are kids not as important as old people ?I can see both parts of the argument but ultimately you must be a bit of a twat if you want kids to go hungry.

Pleased you are happyNo backtracking whatsoever just context.
However, anyone who is happy to see a child go hungry is a twat imho. If that makes me now ‘atit’ I’m happy with your latest insult if that is what an atit is?

No.I’m happy to pay my taxes to help vulnerable kids. Does that make me a bad person ?
