It is increasingly looking like ANOTHER failed transfer window, with a bloated and imbalanced squad.

Still might go and he may deserve to, I guarantee you this will be a tough job for whoever replaces him though. Players don't look up to the job and there are no obvious managerial candidates.

The best team and formation is obvious to most, and his in game management is like amateur hour.

Blackburn were so poor but deserved winners. Stephens / Leo was terrible but actually it was going downhill before that. Stephen’s on made sense to me but Leo, ****ing hell. Nuts WS. I still can’t get my head round that. Sorry Will, fall on your sword mate.

I said in August that we needed to sign another CM. And I was really surprised at the negative feedback I got on here from some people.

It's a hugely important area of the pitch. There are a lot of midweek matches. You can't expect to have Downes, Charles and Jander fit and available every game.

Matsuki and Sesay are the other options, they just were left in Southampton instead of travelling.
