With the likes of Spiers, Mannie Barton, Rob Tankiewicz, Jack Sykes, Troy Perret. Luey Giles and Trey George pushing through, the future looks promising, but we're living in the "here and now", and that's the immediate issue to address.
Incidentally, I remember Luke Pearce being singled out as promising and I think he got a couple of goes on the first team bench, but seems to have slipped off the radar - maybe he's out injured?
