I don’t hold out much hope that Ayew, Daka or Carranza will be near the top of the goal scoring charts. It’s the main concern on the pitch really, I can’t see us doing much better than play offs.
We need to get the ball forward quicker. That is what we ended up having to do at the end of the previous promotion season to finally get the job done. It gave Mavididi and Fatawu the chance to go one on one against defenders and draw central defenders out.Worse still its 2 on target in 2 games. Not going to win much at that rate.

We can't score goals when the opposition have so much time to get organised, double up on our wingers and deny us space down the middle.
Is Daka the problem, or is it the way we play? His strength lies in his pace. Pace is no good when you are playing against teams whose plan is to get 11 men behind the ball, double up on your wingers and defend on the edge of their own area to deny you space. Vardy struggled to do that, and Daka is not in the same class as Vardy. The guy has always played second fiddle to Vardy and been played in positions that don't suit him. He needs to be the main striker, not the one behind or shoved out on the wing. By now his confidence must be so low that he'll proably never get it back.Don't like knocking any Leicester player! but when I seen the team against Wrexham I felt like turning around and going back home! just cannot understand why we did not sell Daka when we had a offer for him, could have gone for Kone at least he can score some goals I believe Daka as not scored in his last 41 games. Made up my mind that if he starts against Portsmouth I am not going to go.

I understand how you feel, Jamba, but I was more disappointed that Vestergaard and Faes were playing rather than Daka. With those two you can forget all about making runs into space up front because you ain't gonna get the ball from them any time soon. I don't know what the answer is to the striker problem. I know it isn't Ayew but then who do we go for? Do you think we have a goal scoring striker in the squad or do we need to come up with another way of playing that shares the goals between midfielders?
Our former Chairman, Milan Mandaric has passed away.

His brief tenure introduced stability to the club, brought us Nigel Pearson and the L1 trophy.
Hello Leicester fans, I'm going to the Leicester Portsmouth game in a couple of weeks time, I just wanted to know what is the best way to the stadium from the station and vice versa, and how long it takes? Google says about 30 minutes but not sure how accurate that is.
From this I take it you feel there is one person who is responsible for our current situation. I wonder who that might beFollowing Vardy's heartfelt post thanking Susan, Nigel Pearson has also posted a message.

Interesting reading. I had formed an opinion of Susan from afar as, obviously I don't know her personally. Everything Vardy and Nigel have said reinforces the opinion I had.
Susan is not and never was the problem.

In reality, I don't think the mess is just the responsibility of just one person, as much as we like to malign Rudkin. And there's a lot to critise him for. Surely, there are a number of people accountable across the club.
I've just always had the impression that Susan is very competent at her job on the business side of things and isn't particularly involved in the football elements. Certainly the posts from Vardy and Pearson are very complimentary regarding her abilities.
