It's ok everyone the beavers are going to save us. Plans to reintroduce beavers into the wild because they were a native species back in the 16th century and everything thing was nice back then. It may have been nice because there was only 3 million living in the UK then compared to the 70 million now. I hope the beavers have been told which bits of land they can flood and those they can't. Can't beat a bit of beaver.
A three decades long discussion on whether reintroducing a no-longer native species into nature will have a long term positive or negative effect on the natural environment... Meanwhile an Egyptian terrorist is put up in the Hilton, after arriving on a rubber dinghy without papers, and allowed to roam free to commit sexual assault. Could you make it up?
I get your drift but whatever dodgy is happening everything else in life has to go on concurrently thankfully.
a recent (23/07/2025) u.s. paper on the impact of greenhouse gases on the climate. there has been an absolute dearth of papers from anyone that dares to question the alleged climate crisis and its associated models that make more extreme and wild predictions about future events. those that disagree or voice disagreement tend to find themselves unemployed very quickly, which suggests the whole thing is politically driven. ed miliband is doing his best (and succeeding) to make british energy costs more than any others on the planet. https://www.energy.gov/sites/defaul...mpacts_of_GHG_Emissions_on_the_US_Climate.pdf
