Newcastle really need to get something Today and probably a win. It's Arsenal next! If Newcastle win any criticism of selections, rotation and management this week go out the window, and I'll be happy to concede that... I'm desperate to be able to do that.

If Newcastle lose Today the acceptable excuses will be the extra game, the ref, corruption, or simply puffing your chest out and taking it out on someone else who isn't. If anyone questions the selections, tactics, in game management, or the recruitment, they'll be dealt with via the usual insults.

How about instead of people resorting to ad hominem, we actually consider some of the concerns raised following defeats. Thinking everything is great and ignoring all apparent problems doesn't make you big and tough. If anything you're running away from the things you don't want to be confronted with and becoming annoyed with the people who aren't... They're bedwetters, they're negative, they need their medication, they're saying it too many times! It's all an escape from debating the points being raised... It's as I say ad hominem.

Howay the lads... Please can we win a game vs Bournemouth.

Good post sir.

I couldn’t have put it better myself.

No insults. No abuse. No nastiness.

Just plain old English.
