    That’s a sad state of affairs, if true.

    Farage is a grifter who’s just stumbled on the opportunity of his lifetime. The Trump wave has handed him a platform on a silver platter. He can dodge real debate until the next election, serving up soundbite after soundbite with nothing solid to judge him against.

    Politically, he shouldn’t even be relevant — but folk will lap it up because, as you’ve said, the alternatives are ****e: tried, tested, and proven liars.

    Make no mistake, he’s a liar too!

    He’s only getting this moment partly because of Starmer’s ineptitude — but more than that, because every one of his predecessors has been just as ****e and the whole system’s fundamentally ****ed!

    That’s why he looks like an option, but if he actually succeeds it won’t be a revolution, it’ll be a tragedy!
