This is the exact reason i cant get away with social media & do none of it, just find people bizarre with so much of it, more bothered about what other people are doing than themselves.....I really dont get it.

I get people dont necessarily get on, thats life, just give those you dont a wide birth simples.....but some people just appear to have hate & trolling built into them....very sad

I dont know you, never met you but opinion is you come across as a nice woman/lass who is always willing to help people & is very constructive in collecting opinions then providing necessary feedback to the club. Without the likes of yourself the club becomes distant & works in silo like we have before....if that happens you lose so much buy-in from supporters

Thank you. That means a lot.

I don't like her and she doesn't like me. Fair enough. I keep out of her way and largely ignore her though.

No idea why she is so fascinated with me. I'm not even that interesting and I'm quite boring really! Nowt as queer as folks I guess.

I dont know you @becs , but you come across as a genuinely nice person, always willing to help and support others.
I think you are a highly respected poster (both on here and otr) and i dont think hettybot likes that.

I do know @becs and what you say @Snaggey is very true. A very nice lady with a very nice daughter and very well respected by many sunderland supporters.

I would love the club to incorporate on the ship badge gold stars to acknowledge our league titles. If not to show our proud history but also it would rile the scum up something terrible, great to see another meltdown lol
Becs, in your RAWA capacity, is there any chance you could raise Comfys suggestion of incorporating our league titles in the clubs badge at the next club meeting?

I would love it <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

Having @becs on any message board is a blessing.

Behind the scenes she supports posters who are having problems, works with volunteer groups and more.

It amazes me that anyone on RTG would stand by and let someone as pointless as Hetty drive someone so valuable away from their board.

There are people on RTG who'll relentlessly persecute anyone who doesn't allow them to rule the board ...

... they're sad little weirdos who barely tolerate Sunderland, the city, or the NE but want to dominate the forum they've attached themselves to.

In the meantime ordinary Sunderland supporters are targeted by people not fit to call themselves supporters.

Hetty doesn't seem to have much emotional attachment to SAFC other than posting links or claiming to be itk.

I'm not even sure what the plan is, Hetty could rule the board by forcing others aside but it would be a dull place without its best posters.

In the good old days I could waste hours, now I can barely read it for ten minutes.

And that's the problem mate, people like me, with SAFC tinted glasses, are openly ridiculed and called out as 'part of the problem'.

Now that 'the problem' isn't really there they're not sure who to attack any more ...

... you just know they're waiting for us to 'fail' so they can start their attacks again.

Pretty much how I feel now. I joined the board around 2002 and it was great back then. Now, not so much.

Do other clubs do this? As in the top clubs?
A quick Google search says...

English football clubs do not typically display the total number of titles won on their shirts, but Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town historically used stars on their shirts to mark significant achievements, such as their European Cup wins or multiple major trophy hauls, rather than a numerical count of all titles.

Nottingham Forest:
Has two stars on their crest to represent their consecutive wins of the European Cup in 1979 and 1980.

Ipswich Town:
Displayed three stars on their home and away kits to denote the three major trophies they had won at the time: the FA Cup, the UEFA Cup, and the old First Division.
Other examples of European traditions:

Manchester United:
Featured stars on their Champions League kits to mark their European Cup victories, but not a total count of their domestic league titles.

Celtic and Rangers:
In Scotland, Celtic wears one star for their 1967 European Cup win, while Rangers has five stars for their 50+ league titles, showing a specific but not overall count.

It's just a few little stars on a football shirt, if anyone objects they're bellends imo ...

... @becs told me to say that btw <laugh>

You have every right to defend yourself. But when all said and done this and the SMB are just internet message forums. Nobody really knows anyone. Not one person on here really knows me in real life and I don’t know them. I’m sure if I met some they would be nice decent people and others wouldn’t. Discretion is the better part of valour as they say so my advice for what it’s worth is to just ignore it and move on.

Ive met a few off here thanks to @Smug in Boots organising a few meets pre Wembley, since seen few in pubs or at games, had some very decent craic with a number of posters, bizarrely myself & @marcusblackcat grew up a couple if miles away from each other. Hoping to get to his next gig he plays in the woodman depending who we play that day, remind me of the date mate?
