Not a chance Laalaoui is on £8k a week coming from Morocco and being so young, unless there was loads of interest from elsewhere so we had to tempt him.

Not that I disagree with your reasoning here, but why is there no chance in hell we’re paying him £8k a week (I don’t think we are, for the record)?

We didn’t buy him as an academy product, he was bought for the first team and I can absolutely believe that if his agent pitched £8k (or a slightly smaller but equally undeserving amount for an untested 20 year old from Morocco) under the premise that he had offers from bigger clubs, Acun would instantly pay it.

Of course they can. It’s whether you trust them to be honest or trust it as a source. If you’re privy to information that suggests otherwise then fair enough, but as DJ just posted, sometimes the information is available via public domain if you can look hard enough.

I have no reason to doubt the verified stuff because I’ve yet to see any evidence to the contrary that their verified figures are incorrect. The unverified stuff I ignore because as they admitted, it’s an algorithm that “fills in the blanks” and they don’t provide the source code for that algorithm, so **** knows what it is based on.

Even their own sources and methodology bit that you posted says they are estimates.

I figured that applied to the grey checkmarks; it seems counterintuitive to say that green checked stuff is verified by sources but then in the same breath declare that everything including the stuff they've verified is an estimate.

Today, Óscar Zambrano and Luis Fernando Carrero have both joined NK Maribor. Zambrano is a permanent deal on a four-year contract and Carrero is a loan with an option to buy. Obviously, Zambrano was with us last season before his ban but Carrero has also been linked with City too.

Jean Michaël Seri has also joined them today on a two-year contract.

Both joining us in summer you would imagine. Zambrano maybe on loan in Jan
