Bringing in players that are buying into the project is a big positive as you'd hope they'd be hungry to work hard and make it happen, knowing that the end goal takes them further than short term gains. Reminds me of the likes of Fonte coming here ... it all worked out pretty well for him long-term due to that decision.

I think they are. Jander direct replacement and the wingers giving us what we lacked and needed. Azaz is the number 10 we haven’t had in how long? Presumably the Danes are an improvement too. Here’s hoping.

They are. Azaz went straight in on Saturday, Fellows and Scienza will be our first choice wingers. Jander may not start as much but he's very highly rated in Germany so would think will get plenty of minutes.

That should definitely have its own thread. Apparently he used a corrupt doctor five time to keep him out of the draft to Vietnam. Imagine if he had gone and didn’t make it. The world would be a much better and safer world
