There’s a pic of the tunnel here looks class https://twitter.com/sunderlandafc/status/1956366974067355863?s=46&t=26DLp2oXvFO7UDfe5HEPwQ
It does look class. The club has never operated so professionally. Social media is outstanding these days and those little touches like the tunnel and the press room are there just to make us look like a top European club! They are building the off the pitch stuff up to be one of the very best clubs in the world it looks like! Looking and acting like a top club will help getting there. They aren't holding back in the transfer market either!
This is one I took when I was going down the stairs. Them eyes man! please log in to view this image Imagine the away team going from a bright and airy reception area, then down some stairs and be faced with that! The away dressing room is stark, with white walls and harsh white lighting. It has a school PE changing room look with a clinical feel. It's very unwelcoming. After sitting in there, they're back out into the dark tunnel standing next to the scary black cats on the wall. The plastic tunnel has gone, so they'll hear the noise while they're standing there before they walk out into the light. It'll properly mess with their heads. I love it
Not a Premier league team being built, a Premier League CLUB, from the entry level staff to the owner at the top.
Class that! I know a lot of teams mess with the away team with dressing room, smaller less comfortable, burst sewage all over their gear ! It's good to see all this. Really feels like the club are building off the pitch stuff to be elite ready for the first team to follow!
