He was meaning that it’s a good place to come and become better, that the coaching is the right place for young talent, and because they are going to focus on blending youth and experience/tenacity. It was basically saying that they’re trying to make Southampton an appealing place to come. That’s a good thing. Of course we’ll buy young, develop and sell high. That’s essentially the model for any successful club of our stature. It’s what we used to do well, and what places like Brighton do. It’s not something to complain about.
