-he was available on a free. -We offered him More money than other clubs. -he lives a short drive away -he likes penguins Simples innit
Didn't involve a transfer fee and we've shifted 18 players on, some high earners. Oh, and the deep has penguins.
He's coming for those that called him ****, and told him to **** off. https://x.com/brokenkingmusic/statu...io/iframe/twitter.min.html1526940860742606851
This is all becoming too optimistic. As someone who loves church funerals and hates church weddings, could we all just return to the good ole days, full of nostalgia and sometimes regret...if we could just have held out and gone to non-league...ever the dreamer me.
Just a thought. Is McBurnie a great signing only because, we're under fee restrictions? What would we think if we could spend money and signed McBurnie on a free instead of spending money for Frigan?
I think it’s a very good signing regardless. We had to rely on an ageing Pedro, who couldn’t really chase down the lost causes or be really effective in the press. He did bring other qualities though. I think with McBurnie and Joseph we have 2 players who won’t give the opposition defence a minute. The former will also be licking his lips if Giles can continue with his refound deliveries!
It would still be a solid signing. More of a proven quantity than Frigan. If it's a case of one or the other then I'd prefer McBurnie.
I presume Mcburnie is not earning the Mac Minimum wage I once experienced while working the drive through counter.
