We've historically undervalued our players compared with similar quality players at so-called 'bigger' clubs. I remember the papers creaming themselves over Jack Clarke after playing a dozen games with Leeds (he ended up scoring two goals all season) and was sold to Spurs for £10 million. Meanwhile Bowen was quietly banging in a goal every other game for us with barely a murmur for over three years. Almost like they couldn't quite believe how good he was because it was only Hull City.

Robertson went cheap too, especially considering what he’s gone on to.

I agree with you 100%.

Hughes is going right to the top. We need to be brave and firm with our valuation. It's going to go up and up and in 12 months time it wouldn't surprise me to see a top 6 team come in for him. He's 21, imagine how good he's going to be in 5 years time.

is that you swimming always wondered

Hughes is better than what Greaves was at his age, in my opinion. I don’t think we’ve had a centre-back as good on the ball than Hughes before. Comfortable on the ball and great passing range and vision for such a young lad, never mind a young centre-back. He could probably play well as a DM if we played him there.

Greaves is a more aggressive centre-back. Hughes is smarter.

Yes haha, I love open water swimming and have done a fair few long distance races/events in the past.

Hardcore open water long distance swimming respect, keep trying in the sea and retreating back to my sun lounger for a beer which is funny as I surf in rough waters and consider myself fit and healthy. Does getting a floatation aid to start help? (Any other tips appreciated)

"The Blades are said to have made contact over a potential deal but were dissuaded from taking it any further by Hull’s valuation of the player"

Nothing much to make of it IMO
Given Acun's mantra that anyone can leave if they want, it'd be interesting if Hughes said he fancied Sheffield.

Is Zambrano more of a case of not been in the side he looks better than he is? I mean he obviously had natural talent but in the games he played he didn’t turn up any trees? We’ve invested so much into this transfer I guess it would be stupid not to take advantage of it.
