I'm willing to see him in a competitive game and see what he's like playing in an attacking system with a right back who'll actually move it forward quickly before I make final judgement.

I like him, bloody murder to get the ball off, not afraid to take on a man, actually seems to thrive on it and very strong, him and our one and only left back, what’s his name again… Giles would work well, it’s a yes from me…

I don’t think it’s a bad deal. We wouldn’t allow him to leave to another promotion rival and he wasn’t interested in signing for anyone else in the championship. It’s a shame he didn’t want to stay he’s a quality player.
