Leeds and Burnley are puffing their chests out because they finished above us ...

... in reality we could've taken 12 points off them.

That was with a bunch of kids, a rookie manager, Mike Dodds and Samson but not Delilah ... she was on her period <laugh>

The squad we're building now will piss on them unless they start signing better that they currently have.

I’ve not seen much of Burnley fans to be fair but theres a few Leeds fan accounts on TikTok that are REALLY trying to cope. Everyone we’ve signed is overrated, overpriced, we start 24 points behind them so we need these players etc etc.. total headloss stuff I wish I could link them for you all to have a laugh at.

They just had players who were good in the championship but not good enough for the PL. If they think that means anything this season they’re in for a shock. I think I’ve already said previously Burnley’s midfield is a prime example, Cullen and Brownhill both top champ players in the best years but nowhere near good enough for the PL. They’ll count for nout. Our squad is the best of the three currently.

Adingra is a solid Premier League contributor with plenty of pace and room to develop. The club clearly rate him because we tried to get him on loan on January.

I'm not sure what people are expecting when saying we need another winger. I don't think we're spending £40m on 2 wingers to sit on the bench.

I'm expecting Adingra on the left, Talbi on the right with Mundle and Roberts being able to rotate. Those players don't sign for us to sit on the bench at this time.

I think £20m is a good price for someone with Adingra's ability and experience. That's probably us done in that position now I'd say - it's certainly not a priority.

2 CB, CF, DM, GK are our priorities now in that order for me.

We need to not overlook the Calibre of these coaching appointments as well.

Just watched Speakman interview and he’s says we are ‘levelling up all areas’. He is right there.

PR and marketing is as good as any in the country, bringing in coaching and admin staff with CVs like a fantasy players career, and the keeper Coach Emi Martinez says is ‘best he’s ever worked with’

The pride at the moment is bursting out of me, and I’m sure out of all of us.

We deserve it, but I don’t think k any of us seen this coming at such a pace.

We are setting up to maximise these new players, if you look at Elanga going for 55 that’s what a good season or 2 in PL can do, we could have e 3-4 players wanted at that level next summer and we are instantly self sufficient.

It’s wild.

I think Leeds fans forget their manager is Daniel Farke as well. Im not saying he won't succeed but I would be a lot more worried if we had a manager that had tried and failed multiple times in the prem

Apologies if it’s been said but FourFourTwo quoted De Telegraaf saying Henderson has said his goodbyes to join us. No idea if they’re reputable or like the mail.

I reckon 1 centre back keeper and a centre forward and I'd be happy. We can always add a loan or 2 closer to deadline day if necessary. Absolutely vital we have as strong a team as possible for the first 3 games as for me they will define our season.

Haway mate, we need some humility and groundedness here. There's only one of our lads played to any degree in the Prem, and that's Adingra. Need to keep our hopes high, but expectations realistic.

I expect us to sign a left footed right winger who can probably also play the 10

I don't see where we're playing a 10 personally. We look like it'll be 2 8's and a 6 to me.

Talbi's never kicked a ball for Morocco yet.

I also don't see where we spend so much money for what is likely to be 3-4 games. You can't sit Talbi or Adingra on the bench for 20 weeks and expect them to be happy. Mundle would probably get less than 10 starts in that scenario.
