The closet to Spanish lager in England is Madri.
Do love a cobra thoCobra isn't Indian either, it's "Indian style lager". Kingfisher is a real Indian lager.
I'm a seasonal drinker, I guess
Guinness - the only and only (here, there or in Dubbers)
Timothy Taylor's Landlord for an ale, also partial to a Brixton Reliance
For lager/pilsner it has to be Pilsner Urquell - the real deal. My local cricket club has it on draught which is incredibly handy when the nipper has 6-8pm practice on a Friday evening
For an off-piste, quite like a dark Kozel, Fullers ESB, a Stiegel or Augustiner Helles if I can find it. If not, I'll default to a Camden Hells, Peroni or Moretti
For soft drinks it has to be a Gunners in the summer (esp straight after golf), or a blackcurrant and lemonade... loads of ice
One of the few times I’d been or nearly involved in footy related violence at tadcasterThere's nothing Spanish about Madri. It's an invented brand, brewed in Tadcaster by Molson Coors.
It's just Carling with a few more hops in it.
Stiegl aesthetics make me want to frog march any wrongdoers out of the pub.
I said it was as close as you get in the UK, Carling got the input from their Spanish associatesThere's nothing Spanish about Madri. It's an invented brand, brewed in Tadcaster by Molson Coors.

Almost right, it's the Coors recipe. There's nothing Spanish about Madri. It's an invented brand, brewed in Tadcaster by Molson Coors.

It’s in offer in Sainsbury’s at the minute come to think of it, know where I’m heading after workStiegl aesthetics make me want to frog march any wrongdoers out of the pub.
Didn’t know Staropramen did a dark . Where can you get it ?Almost right, it's the Coors recipe.
Pravha is on sale in The Terrace, £3 a pint. It's nice.
That 1906 in Spain is good as mentioned, but if you get the chance, try mahou negra, better imo.
For me.
Kaminetza
Staropramen dark
Estrella Galicia.
Of those more widely available.
Leffe blonde
Staropramen
Murphy's.
It’s unfiltered is pretty good usually in AsdaDidn’t know Staropramen did a dark . Where can you get it ?
Drink of choice for me is Trophy, from the supporters club here in Hartlepool by the sea. A lager would be LCL another cracking pint. Here we go (Read that in your best Fabrizio voice).
The next league is announced. Pints. Anything from Lager, Ale, Cider, Soft drinks. Even a good old ice water. Just no Snakebite, I am still scarred.
I am going for a Jaipur from the Thornbridge brewery, near me. A rocket fuel IPA which tastes spectacular.
My second pick, Guinness. But with caveats. Got to be in Dublin and hand pulled. It is a different drink to what we get here.
