    I was thinking of doing fave player from every country, haha.

    Wanyama is definitely my favourite Kenyan who played for Saints!

    For a top 5, the most recent players who would get in mine would be Sir Ricky Lambert and MLT.
    Mick Channon and Alan Ball would be in it, but I’m not sure who would be the last pick, when I grew up watching the likes of Ron Davies, Steve Williams, Kevin Keegan, David Armstrong (often overlooked but scored **** loads from midfield), Steve Moran, Danny Wallace, Mark Wright, Peter Shilton and others I can’t currently remember because I am old.
    If pushed I would go with Big Ron. 37 goals in 41 games, in his first season with us and in our first season in Division 1, is special.

    There were more players from 22/23 that I couldn’t stand.

    The 24/25 lot I just felt sympathetic towards really. Led by donkeys.

    5 is easier than 10 though. If Channon, LeTiss and Lambert are shoo-ins that only leaves two slots; for Tadic and Niemi, imo.

    There are two ice cream parlours next to each other across the canal from us. One does adult, a pornstar martini and another which suits being in the same cone, Mrs Jab a regular customer.
