Think he’d be fine for us given the level. The big attraction for me is that versatility though. Could work for us in multiple positions. Definitely a better bet than Angelino imo.
Not for me mate but can understand your point he’s just not the LB for our system, he’s better inverting and that’s why I like him more when he can play in a possession dominant side like arsenal or city so he can slot into the holding role in a 325
Agreed. Can play DM as well. Similar flaws to Angelino, lack of pace, ****e positionally. Issue with both is they like to step in and we’d get torn up doing that often.
Aye not keen on either. Merlin is far more like it. Milambo linked with Brentford for pennies I’m shocked we haven’t had a look at that (not a LB)
Think we could stand him inverting so long as the front three stay spread right out. I’m imagining much of our football will be balls over the top for the attackers so having him coming inside and pinging passes may actually work nicely. Besides, the other part is the idea that I’d still very much want to see Cirkin get a shot to see what he can do, so other routes into the team would be useful.
Ronaldo is stopping at his club and wants his 1000 goal, pity cos he could got it with us. could we get Harvey from Liverpool he is banging the goals in him and Gomez 2 statement signings for about £60m
The big players will nit be available till later in the window when the “ big 6” have done their business
