Anybody notice Ramsay is on the non-HG list? He must be a candidate for leaving.

He'll highly likely be loaned or sold, he's got Bradley and Frimpong ahead of him and Gomez who can cover.

    No.

Again not tall enough. Evans signed two cbs on thr same day and played 3 at the back so was relying on fat razor ruddock between scales and babb.

Scales was half decent. Ruddock was so unprofessional. Babb was just average.

Evans signed Babbs because of tall goalkeeper David James.

Apparently konate rejected latest contract proposal.

Likely to be sold before window closes if he doesn't renew

Looks as though this could be the same **** with Real, in which case he'll likely say nah I'm not going anywhere and end up there for free next summer.

World Cup next year. Either he signs a new contract (with a compromise release clause, if necessary), or he sits in the reserves all season. Still buy a replacement for him now in case he sulks. It will cost us a few million in wages this year, but we can bear that. I would make him play in the early rounds of the domestic cups and dead-rubber CL games, though (if any). This is what we should have done with Trent. But I suspect he'll discover he has a Coutinho 'bad back' at some point.

I don’t think it’s practical or a good look tbh, this is normally just what fans would do <laugh>

Real Madrid’s tactic of tapping up players needs to be outlawed and severely punished if it can be proven. They did it with Mbappe, then Trent, now, potentially Konate…..I mean I get the pull for the players but I don’t accept that what Madrid do is above board…..and if it is accepted, then we will all do it. It won’t protect smaller clubs but big clubs with the promise of trophies and glory will fill their boots. That would be a shame.

    Simple solution.

    1. Offer to psg who probably would love him

    2. If he refuses to go tell him he trains with u21s for year, is not in squads and best of luck going to world cup.

See above, it’s not a realistic stance.

We’re not south london gangstas blackmailing people <laugh>

You have to look at morale in the squad seeing this sort of thing and potential new players looking in.

Would love to do this, but it’s not happening

The Konate one is from the S** apparently so take that how you want.

But apparently it’s more to do with the money with it being lower wage and incentivised, so I think very different from the TAA situation. Seems like he is willing to commit but just wants the right terms.

Well if you were to believe everything that is reported or rumoured , we would have a squad bigger than chelsea . However the wage expectation with konate was supposedly in excess of 200k and given injury record , hes susceptible to niggles unlike vvd.

Difficult to predict but if a replacement became available and less wages then sell him on and give him his wishes .
