Will Still - A Colleague's Input.(not me)
I've recently been speaking to a coach who trained with Will, and had some useful info about him!
-Extremely pragmatic, detail oriented and meticulous.
-Guarded personality, small inner circle but very thoughtful and introspective.
-Hilarious when he opens up, but extremely serious nonetheless.
-Thinks Saints will be extremely organised, hard to beat and exceptional in transitions (similar to Burnley)
-In control of games, expects us to end up with a rigid horseshoe approach, with lots of control.
-Prioritises athleticism, like his teams in France.
-Think he can step up to the Prem well, if adequately backed.
-On the project, thinks Still has chosen Southampton to settled down at, closer to mrs and family as we all have heard and can be a place where he can grow with the club.
-Very happy to coach what's in the squad, doesn't really bring players with him like Russ did.

I have just been on the official website and he’s not even listed in the news section, although it’s such a bad website I could have missed it.
The club haven't officially confirmed it. Jus like they haven't officially confirmed our released list.
