First we have a major loan issue. This is finishing school. We are heading for 24 months of edwards and no club has been bought. They seem to pull out of deals so we don't have anyone to loan to. We then scratch round and find clubs that have no real interest unless the plaayer is ready ready. Joey Barton did us a lot more of a favour with quansah than most managers do.

Second we are going round procuring anyone we can and flooding the youths with too many players. There's nothing elite bait the set up.

Third the level of coaching is questionable.

Fourth the fsct is the selection down the ages seems to send up a certain type of kid

Fifth and most importantly there's far fsr far too.many injuries in the youth set up.theres something wrong there.

Lfc apparently rebuffed approach from Barca for Diaz but have no plans to talk about new contract.

Seems a really odd one that. If can get 60/70m at his age I feel you have to take it. He’s a good player but not irreplaceable but if not going to give him new contract and make him a key player now, then only ever going to either lose him for 30m next summer or for free in 2 years.

I guess if Diaz is being rebuffed, that means we're not going to be buying a CF.

Well unless we can find a serious buyer for Nunez and not a 'loan never to buy deal'
 
Diaz in press conference today said that they’re talking to other clubs which is normal in the market. Looking at what’s best. If get a good renewal or stay for 2 years then he’ll be happy. Now it’s up to them (I assume the club).

Seems like he’s happy with whatever. If club wants to renew he’ll talk, if want to see out 2 years all good but if club come in for him he’ll consider.

Makes sense, pretty honest from him and transparent.

It’s also why we will never win the WC imho unless we get a golden route through to a final and there has been a major shock in the other half of the draw

Size doesn’t make a difference
Those who are vertically challenged have plenty of other advantages
