If we come up with the young players we've got, we won't be sinking ... which is a big 'if' ... but a year from now those young players are going to be very good indeed - if we can hold on to them ...

I will protect anyone the best I can, no matter whom they are, sometimes I have to let things ride, because it can do more harm than good by me getting involved, so often it's about timing more than the action.
