Tomas soucek would be my pick for an experienced midfielder. Probably dreamland though.

Objectively worse is ironically an incredibly subjective statement.

Get paid an absolute fortune to play league two level football in a desert or get a decent salary to play at the top level and live in beautiful Naples

He's making the right choice there by an absolute mile.

In front of the only fans I’d say openly gazzump ours.

Wonderful place to play football and love that he’s done that rather than take a payday.

Helps that’s he’s got probably 100million in bank but that didn’t stop others *cough* Hendo *cough*

Would anybody take Jack Clarke back if the fee was reasonable?

I know he essentially flopped for Ipswich last season, but I don’t think he was properly given the chance to show what he could do.

It just feels like it’s one of those occasions where a player and club fit perfectly with each other, and he and Mundle as options from the left would be very solid.

I would, but Mundle has far more tools and far more likely to make it in PL.

I agree 100% with what you say though, us and Jacky we’re a perfect match. He was there for playoff games.

He would be a different beast with us but would he play?

Mundle more complete skill set and higher ceiling and Amad be in other flank <laugh>
I would take him though, absolutely.

Would all depend on price for me, I like him and I do think he could be a PL player

I think Mundle has a higher ceiling but I wouldn't mind if they were our 2 LMs for next season

I love Philip Billing as a player, think he's absolutely quality.

He would be way beyond my expectations mind, I think he'd have much better options and may be out of our wage range.
