To say that SR are taking risks again ignores the fact that it is Spors' decision and not the other jokers who thought they could re-invent football. I know that Spors is SR's appointment and is now SR but he's doing the job he's been hired for and most people have said they are happy with that. What I'm saying is, Still as manager is Spors' responsibility and we have to go with it if we have any trust in Spors.

But the real questions that need answering are;

Will Will Still be a success?
Will Will Still still be here at the end of the season?
If Will Smallbone wants to play a different style to what Will Still wants, will there be a battle of wills?
Some people don't think we can get promoted with an inexperienced manager but I think where there's a Will there's a way.

Can't think of anymore right now but best to get them out the way. My wife is a ginger so no jokes from me in that direction.

Oh no doubt. Still killed the game I love though.

I thought the Long Ball style of football did that in the 1990s?

I appreciate what Pep has been trying to do but i think playing this way has been an anathema to the Briitish since 1920s when Austria deminstrated an alternative to our way of playing the game.

Surely having so many approaches to football is what makes it interesting ?

Absolutely not, I want blood and thunder, 442 and get it into the mixer. I want pacey silky wingers, I want an enormous lump of a striker with a smaller speedier one as his partner. I want an English central midfielder who can barely string a sentence together, much less a series of passes. I want my centre backs to have at least 3 minor convictions between them.

That my friend, is how football should nay must, be played. I want my centre forwards scoring goals, drinking beer and shagging page 3 girls. I want them on the front page as well as the back. Anything else is woke nonsense.

This is a football hill I am prepared to die on. I am right, there's simply no response to this, apart from maybe "****ing hell Lincs, you're a football connoisseur. A real genius"
