A Section 4 offence, so that's not for nutting him, that's just a lesser charge of insulting or threatening behaviour (lucky not to be an ABH charge).
I would have thought, given the injury and the clearly premeditated attack judging by the in-pub CCTV, that the GBH threshold was crossed.
Why? Mowbray is a much better manager. Why wouldn’t you when you can, would be unserious and embarrassing.
Don’t think it would matter who come in to Kalman because it would likely mean owner would be staying if these decisions are being made, and he said if the owner is staying he ain’t or to some extent.
Don’t think that would be the charge if a City fan did that to an opposition fan. They would throw the book at him.
I remember a City fan getting serious prison time for throwing a plastic glass within about 10 feet of a copper outside a pub possibly Eagle. This guy needs to go down.
More charges to follow presumably? Pretty clear evidence of the assault and the damage it did. Not sure if Coyle has to press charges himself for that?
He might after the court case if / when successful might also be civil action as well.. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy9v799zg97o
